New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500, and ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

The bonus is credited to your account — it is not cash, but a credit that becomes withdrawable after the specified wagering requirement is completed.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

tkbet's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is provided at each level based on regular play.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback on the week's net losses
• Silver: up to 0.4% cashback on the week's net losses
• Gold: up to 0.6% cashback on the week's net losses
• Platinum: up to 0.8% cashback on the week's net losses
• Diamond: up to 1.0% cashback on the week's net losses

Cashback is calculated by subtracting total winnings from total losses for the week. tkbet reserves the right to change the VIP program structure at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkbet platform:

1. Conducting any form of fraud or deceptive activity.
2. Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games.
3. Transferring or selling an account to another person.
4. Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
5. Threatening or harassing other users.
6. Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors.
7. Impersonating tkbet staff or making fraudulent communications.

Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account cancellation and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8.1 Validity of Bets

Only bets that have been successfully confirmed will be considered valid. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical error, it will be voided and the stake will be returned.

8.2 Odds Changes

If odds change after a bet has been confirmed, the result will still be settled at the original confirmed odds. Stakes on bets cancelled before a live market event begins will be returned to the account.

8.3 Disputed Results

If a dispute arises over the result of an event, tkbet will treat the decision of the official result-declaring body as final. tkbet's own adjudication on such matters is considered final.

If any part of this agreement is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
